Bryan provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-backed, public and privately held companies in the industrials sector. He has experience executing buy-side and sell-side cross-border and domestic transactions as well as corporate carve-out transactions.

Bryan has a focus on the automotive and mobility technology space, bringing deep industry insights and a practical, hands-on approach to provide customized advice to his clients.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa. He is fluent in Spanish.
