Who We Are / Our People / Brian Cannon

Brian provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients in the technology, media and telecom (TMT) industry. He has experience advising on and executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions for leading private equity groups, public companies and privately held companies.

Brian has worked with companies across industries including TMT, business services, consumer and industrials. His industry expertise enables him to generate superior outcomes for his clients.

Brian has spent the majority of his professional career at Lincoln, joining the firm as an Analyst. Prior to joining Lincoln, he worked as an Analyst at M&T Bank in its M&A and corporate finance group.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Arts in economics from Dickinson College.
