Anant provides valuation advisory services to mortgage real estate investment trusts (REITs), mortgage servicers and issuers and underwriters of asset-backed securities (ABS). With over 15 years of industry experience, he specializes in developing bespoke valuation models, analyzing valuation-related risks and delivering actionable insights to clients.

Anant builds trust-based relationships with clients by combining Lincoln’s deep knowledge base with his tactical advisory approach to deliver high-quality, tailored solutions. His expertise lies in designing customized valuation models for individual investors, particularly in response to the growing industry focus on esoteric ABS and private credit flow pools.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Anant led EY’s ABS structure team, where he worked closely with underwriters and issuers to validate cash flow analytics in preparation for market execution. Additionally, he served as valuation lead for structured products, mortgage servicing rights and whole loans, ensuring accurate valuation processes. He previously held roles at Fortress Investment Group, Grant Thornton and Thomson Reuters Pricing Service, further broadening his expertise in valuation, structured products and cash flow modeling.

Anant earned a Master of Science in finance from Clark University. He also holds a Bachelor of Arts in international business and management from Dickinson College. Anant is a Chartered Financial Analyst charter holder.
