Lincoln International adds Jonathan Kaufman as Managing Director

Lincoln International, a global investment banking advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Jonathan Kaufman has joined as a Managing Director in the firm’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group in San Francisco.

Jonathan will provide comprehensive financial and strategic advisory services, with a focus on the financial technology (FinTech) sector. He has 25 years of experience advising both public and private companies around the world on a variety of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, capital raises, recapitalizations, divestitures and leveraged buyouts.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jonathan was Managing Director at Piper Sandler as well as a Managing Director at Moelis & Company.
