Sam White

I am inspired by the variety of clients I work alongside across Europe and the UK to structure optimal financing solutions, taking a united approach in achieving their goals.

Sam is part of Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group and advises private equity firms, their portfolio companies and privately owned businesses in the UK and across Europe on debt raises to support acquisitions, refinancings and covenant amendments. He helps clients to secure financing structures aligned with both short- and long-term objectives.

Through each transaction process, Sam enjoys the diversity and complexity of financing structures he advises on and is committed to finding the right financial partners to support each client’s growth plans. While he has advised across a broad array of sectors, he has extensive experience in technology, business services and financial services.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Sam worked in Deloitte’s European debt and capital advisory business. Sam began his career as an accountant in Deloitte’s audit division, working with financial services firms in the UK.

Sam earned a Master of Modern Languages degree in French and Spanish from the University of Manchester. He is a Chartered Accountant (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
