With more than a decade of experience, Nishant provides valuations advisory services to private equity firms, bank holding companies, large corporations and other institutional clients. Nishant specializes in deal structuring, financial modeling, due diligence and client advisory within asset-backed finance.

As a Vice President in Lincoln’s Valuations and Opinions Group, Nishant plays a pivotal role in project execution and client engagement, helping clients maximize value and align portfolios with evolving market opportunities. His core strengths include advising on structured finance transactions across asset-backed securities, collateralized loan obligations, residential mortgage-backed securities, significant and credit risk transfers and collateralized fund obligations. Nishant thrives on the challenge of valuing esoteric and complex assets, developing bespoke solutions tailored to each client’s needs.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Nishant worked at EY’s strategy and transactions practice, where he provided fair value opinions related to private credit, structure products and private equity. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Moody’s and JP Morgan.

Nishant earned a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from the Jagdish Sheth School of Management (f.k.a. IFIM Business School), graduating as a Gold Medalist in Finance, and holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Motilal Nehru College, University of Delhi.
