Thomas provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, founders, privately held businesses and public corporations, with deal experience across the technology, business services, industrials, energy and healthcare sectors. The majority of his transaction experience has involved cross-border transactions, primarily advising clients on sell-side M&A and growth capital transactions.

Throughout each engagement, Thomas works closely with business owners and management teams to understand their strategic objectives, position their companies for successful outcomes and connect them with strategic and financial investors globally.

Thomas began his career at Lincoln International, where he gained experience across a broad range of industries and transaction types. Working with clients with different backgrounds and strategic objectives has shaped his interest in helping Brazilian companies navigate complex M&A processes.

Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from IBMEC-SP (Instituto Brasileiro de Mercado de Capitais).
