Thomas provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across the aerospace and defense (A&D) sector. His experience includes sell-side and buy-side M&A advisory, corporate divestitures, financings and broader strategic advisory engagements.
Thomas has focused his investment banking efforts exclusively on the A&D sector for more than a half-decade and has advised on numerous sell-side transactions, including the sales of Sunvair to Greenbriar, Ghost Robotics to LIG Nex1 and Korea Investment Private Equity, Erickson to Helicopter Express, BLR Aerospace to Ducommun and Alexander Machine & Tool to The Thermal Group.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Thomas served as an Associate in Houlihan Lokey’s A&D group.
Thomas holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Stephen M. Ross School of Business at the University of Michigan.
