Who We Are / Our People / Thomas Anderson

Thomas specializes in mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group. He has significant experience advising both domestic and cross-border transactions for leading private equity firms, public companies and private, founder-owned businesses.

Thomas has a diverse array of experience across multiple technology subsectors with companies seeking various strategic goals.

Thomas has spent his entire career at Lincoln, originally joining as an Analyst and helping establish the Dallas office before transferring to San Francisco.

Thomas earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance with an alternative asset management specialization from Southern Methodist University.
