Who We Are / Our People / Taylor Hollingshaus

Taylor provides financial and valuation advisory services to corporate boards and private equity GPs, supporting transaction-related decision making and corporate governance. He has executed over 50 fairness and / or solvency opinions in a variety of public and private company transactions, including related-party transactions, take-privates, deSPAC transactions, GP-led secondaries, recapitalizations and restructurings.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Taylor performed valuations for financial reporting and tax purposes in Ryan’s business valuation practice.

Taylor earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from Brigham Young University and holds the Series 63 and 79 certifications. He speaks English and Portuguese.
