Ray specializes in providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services for Japanese companies. He holds deep experience in a wide range of domestic and cross-border transactions, including buy-side and sell-side M&A, carve-out divestitures and leveraged buyouts.

During ongoing executions, Ray focuses on identifying key issues through in-depth analysis, exploring creative ideas and systematically refining solutions to deliver tailored strategies that effectively address complex situations.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Ray worked at Deloitte Tohmatsu Financial Advisory LLC specializing in valuation, modeling and purchase price allocation.

Ray holds a Bachelor of Science and Technology from Keio University.
