Mohit Bajpai

Mohit provides support for business development efforts in Lincoln’s Mumbai office and leads the execution of transactions. He has over 11 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), restructurings, divestments and private equity fund raising in India.

Mohit has worked across industry verticals, specializing in healthcare services and consumer goods. He helps clients in these sectors fund their long-term growth plans, pursue inorganic growth strategy and create value accretive outcomes for shareholders.

Before joining Lincoln, Mohit was a part of IDFC Securities, advising clients on M&A, private equity and capital market transactions. Prior to joining IDFC, Mohit was part of the corporate finance team at the Aditya Birla Group where he was involved in major M&A transactions.

Mohit has a postgraduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management and a Bachelor of Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines).
