The Deal
iLink has delivered exceptional revenue and headcount growth over the last few years, driven by strong leadership, high-quality project execution, strong industry demand driven by digitalization and a proactive acquisition strategy. iLink was seeking a private equity (PE) partner to support its strategic growth initiatives with capital, advice and execution support. Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to iLink, working closely with the company’s founders and management team throughout the transaction. Lincoln helped the iLink team develop and present a clear narrative around its differentiation and growth strategy to a sizeable pool of high-quality investors. iLink will partner with True North in their next phase of growth. The financing will enable iLink to accelerate its growth through acquisitions and expansion in existing and new clients.
