Max provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and private founders. With a decade of experience in the industry, he specializes in executing sell-side transactions for private equity groups and owner-entrepreneurs.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Max worked in EY’s assurance and financial diligence practices.

Max earned a Bachelor of Science in mathematics and economics from the University of California, Los Angeles. He is also a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) Inactive.
