Lucas provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and privately held businesses, with a focus on Software as a Service, human capital management and enterprise technology.

Lucas works closely with his clients to understand their strategic objectives, enabling him to provide customized advice that generates exceptional outcomes with a lasting impact on the dynamic technology industry.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Lucas was a Vice President at the Stryze Group. Previously, he was an M&A Manager at Carl.

Lucas earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Goethe University.
