I have spent my entire career advising industrial manufacturing businesses, and I enjoy creating tangible, long-term value for our clients and their families.

Josh provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity-backed, public and privately held companies across the industrial sector. With nearly a decade of industry experience, he has advised on sell-side and buy-side M&A, public company take-privates, corporate carve-outs, equity and dept capital raises and both cross-border and domestic transactions.

Josh has deep knowledge of industrial business dynamics and focuses on driving successful outcomes by executing well-planned, efficient and aggressive processes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Josh worked in KPMG’s industrials M&A group.

Josh earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Indiana University.
