Jeffrey Quinlan

I am motivated by the growing need to balance increased power demands and sustainable infrastructure development.

Jeffrey provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and companies, both privately held and public. He is a trusted advisor to clients across the industrial and energy transition, power and infrastructure (EP&I) sectors.

Beyond M&A transactions, Jeffrey provides financing and capital raising advisory services to clients seeking to realize transformational growth and strategic objectives. He has experience across industrial segments with specific expertise in the renewables and energy transition supply chain verticals. Throughout each transaction, Jeffrey seeks to build mutual trust and respect with clients to help navigate the advisory process.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jeffrey worked at the boutique investment bank Rush Street Capital. There, he focused on capital raises to support LBOs, refinancings and growth capital for lower middle market companies and sponsors.

Jeffrey earned a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He additionally holds a Bachelor of Arts in international economics from DePaul University.
