Jack provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and their portfolio companies in the consumer industry, with a focus on food and beverage as well as travel and leisure.

Jack works alongside management teams and shareholders to understand both their businesses and their long-term goals, enabling him to craft bespoke, creative and tailored solutions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jack was an M&A Assistant Manager at BDO.

Jack earned a Bachelor of Science in economics from the University of Leeds.
