Harald is Global Co-Head of Lincoln’s Technology Group and provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms and businesses in the technology sector, with a focus on the IT services sector.
With more than two decades of M&A and deep industry expertise, Harald provides clients with creative solutions that cater to their unique needs and yield positive outcomes.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Harald was a Managing Partner and Founder of TCG Corporate Finance, which was acquired by Lincoln in 2024. He previously co-founded and served as Managing Partner at Mummert & Company until it was acquired by Raymond James in 2016, after which he continued working at the firm as a Managing Director.
Harald earned a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master of Arts in Economics from Wayne State University.
