Greg Egan

Greg provides capital advisory services to private equity and corporate clients for a variety of transactions including acquisitions, recapitalizations, restructurings and growth capital initiatives.

Greg’s lending experience equips him with the skills needed to effectively navigate underwriting, structuring and executing various credit solutions, allowing him to provide clients with financing that supports their strategic initiatives.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Greg was part of the structured finance group at CIBC, where he focused on underwriting and structuring leveraged loans for sponsor-backed middle market companies.

Greg earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in finance from Butler University.
