Who We Are / Our People / Edouard Verroust

Edouard provides mergers and acquisitions and growth equity advisory services in Lincoln’s Consumer Group, with a focus on the e-commerce and food and beverage sectors.

Edouard adds value to his clients by combining market knowledge and global investor access, providing oversight on the transaction process and identifying their unique points of differentiation to convey to potential prospects.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Edouard was an Analyst at Raphael Financial Advisory. Previously, he held a private equity role at Astorg Partners.

Edouard earned a Master of Science in strategy from the EDHEC Business School.
