Coeurdor has been sold to Oerlikon
Coeurdor is a well-established brand and full-service provider for the design, manufacturing and coating of metallic components to world-leading luxury brands. The company perpetuates the tradition of fine craftmanship and meticulous know-how, becoming a trusted partner to form parts of leather bags, belts and other luxury finished parts. Coeurdor is headquartered in France and has additional production facilities in Italy and Portugal, employing a skilled workforce of more than 220 employees.
Frédéric Dubuisson, Partner at GEI, commented, “Lincoln’s commitment throughout the process was key in reaching the best outcome for Coeurdor and its shareholders. With this marriage, we are delighted to have contributed to the creation of a global leader in finished parts for the luxury market.”
François Rispoli, Managing Director at Lincoln, added, “Coeurdor is an impressive success story that has managed to forge a solid reputation in the highly demanding luxury goods industry. Our team has been thrilled to work alongside the management and shareholders of the company to achieve this successful outcome.”
Lincoln acted as the exclusive sell-side advisor to Coeurdor’s shareholders throughout the sale process, providing mergers and acquisitions expertise and supporting the negotiation in the transaction.
The Lincoln team efficiently conveyed our project and message and helped us navigate through the complexities of a cross-border deal with a sophisticated listed acquirer.
