LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com shareholders have sold a significant stake to BIP Capital Partners
Founded in 2006, LaBoutiqueOfficielle.com is the leading streetwear e-tailer in France, targeting teenagers and young adults. Its success is based on a unique combination of a strong understanding of its young clientele, a comprehensive and fast-evolving product offering and a differentiated communication through social networks and digital channels.
