Venk is a nationwide platform in the Netherlands providing white-collar professionals (>1,100) to technical and public end markets. It operates through two reputable brands with complementary business models, with Voort focused on temp-to-perm roles (Deta-Vast) and koen. focused on interim secondment. Under the ownership of Egeria, Venk has been established as an independent platform through a carve-out from The Employment Group. Headquartered in Utrecht, Venk operates from eight additional locations across the Netherlands, often utilizing shared offices for both brands to efficiently serve a diverse customer base, including SMEs, large corporations and public sector entities.
The Deal
Venk has grown into a widely recognized white-collar professional specialist with deep expertise in technical and public end markets. To best support Venk’s continued growth, the shareholders decided to attract a new long-term growth-oriented partner. Leveraging its deep expertise in human capital, Lincoln International built a bespoke process around a select group of aligned strategic parties who recognized Venk’s unique platform value from day one. World of Talents emerged as the ideal partner to further support Venk’s growth ambitions, effectively doubling its operations in the Netherlands and foreseeing Venk as its platform for further expansion in the market, including through mergers and acquisitions.
