As a Director in Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group, David Shim advises companies, creditors, sponsors and other constituents in uncertain and complex situations.

Prior to joining Lincoln, David served as a Director at Houlihan Lokey. Earlier in his career, he held roles in the restructuring groups at Greenhill & Co., Jefferies and AlixPartners.

Notable assignments include representations in the Juice Plus+ out-of-court restructuring, Saks Global’s liability management transaction, Mobileum’s in-court restructuring, Audacy’s in-court restructuring, Williams Industrial Services Group’s in-court sale transaction and Foresight Energy’s in-court restructuring.

David holds a Bachelor of Arts in government from Cornell University.
