Charlie Markson

Charlie advises private equity firms, private founders and entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses and public companies across the consumer sector, with strong expertise and experience across the food and beverage landscape. He provides advisory services for mergers and acquisitions (M&A) as well as capital raises and restructuring transactions.

With more than a decade of experience in the sector, Charlie has developed a deep understanding of the food and beverage ecosystem, from farm to store. He prides himself on being a trustworthy partner that delivers outcomes for clients that meet their unique goals.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Charlie worked in commercial and corporate banking at Bank of Montreal, supporting clients in the food and beverage industry.

Charlie earned a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame.
