Andrew Aversa

Andrew provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients including domestic and international private equity firms, entrepreneurs and large corporations. He has nearly a decade of advisory experience and specializes in the aerospace and defense (A&D) sector.

Andrew advises clients across the A&D industry supply chain, including (i) engineered components and subsystems; (ii) commercial aerospace, defense and space manufacturing; (iii) specialty materials (composites, ceramics, polymers and coatings); (iv) defense electronics and autonomous systems; and (v) maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and distribution.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Andrew served as a Vice President in 3Wire Partners’ aerospace, defense & government services M&A group. Earlier in his career, he held similar roles at Houlihan Lokey and Wells Fargo & Company.

Andrew earned a Bachelor of Math from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from Wilfrid Laurier University.
