Justin Berkson provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, founder-owned businesses and corporations, specializing in the transportation and logistics sector.

With nearly a decade of transaction advisory experience, Justin has advised clients across a broad range of transportation and logistics subsectors, including freight brokerage, freight forwarding, warehousing and distribution, specialty logistics, supply chain services and transportation technology. He works closely with management teams and shareholders to position businesses for sale, develop differentiated investment theses and execute highly competitive sale processes designed to maximize value and achieve exceptional outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Justin was a Senior Consultant in Deloitte’s transaction advisory services group, where he focused on financial due diligence for private equity and corporate clients.

Justin earned a Master of Accounting Science with a concentration in data analytics, as well as a Bachelor of Science in accounting, from the University of Illinois. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA).
