Benoit Voyer

Benoît Voyer is responsible for Lincoln’s debt advisory activities in France and French-speaking parts of Belgium and Switzerland. He is a seasoned debt advisor to companies and financial sponsors, supporting them in the design and execution of capital structures and financing solutions across complex and strategic situations, including LBO financings, recapitalizations, refinancings, working capital and capex financing, special situations and fund financing.

Benoît brings over 15 years of experience as both a lender and an advisor in the mid- and large-cap segments. He has led and executed more than 100 financing transactions across the full spectrum of debt products, including senior, unitranche and subordinated instruments, as well as capital markets solutions. He delivers robust and tailor-made financing solutions, drawing on a deep and longstanding network of relationships with banks and alternative lenders across France, the Benelux and Europe.

Prior to joining Lincoln International, Benoît was a Senior Director at Alvarez & Marsal, where he played a key role in building the firm’s debt advisory practice in France. He previously served as a Director at Clearwater in debt advisory. Earlier in his career, he held leveraged finance roles at Barclays Investment Bank, Lloyds Bank and BNP Paribas, both in France and the UK.

Benoît holds a Master in Management from Audencia Business School.
