Matt specializes in providing mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to clients across the technology sector, including private equity firms, private founders and large corporations. Matt has experience with both sell-side and buy-side mandates and focuses on engagements within the software and technology industries.

As a trusted advisor, Matt’s role is to guide management teams, owners and boards of directors toward the best possible transaction outcome. His advisory approach is to lead with honesty and transparency, providing actionable insights in every situation.

Matt has spent his entire career at Lincoln, joining as the first Summer Analyst in the San Francisco office and helping to build out the San Francisco office since then.

Matt graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Applied Economics & Management from the Dyson School at Cornell University.
