Hg has invested in HHAeXchange
Founded in 2008, HHAeXchange (HHAX) offers a comprehensive Software as a Service (SaaS) platform to its customers that improves patient outcomes, drives operational efficiency and increases compliance across the homecare ecosystem. Its solutions are delivered through subscription-based enterprise and mobile tools and facilitate over 125 million annual visits for 650,000 caregivers across more than 44 states. Today, HHAX has global offices across North America, Europe and Asia. For more information, visit www.hhaexchange.com.
Hg, a leading global software and services investor, announced that it has agreed to make a strategic investment in HHAX. Cressey & Company LP, a leading healthcare-focused private investment firm that first partnered with HHAX in 2018, will continue to be a significant investor in HHAX. Both investors will share joint governance of the business.
Scott Twibell, Managing Director and Co-head of Lincoln’s Technology, Media and Telecom Group, said, “We’re excited to have worked with the Hg team on this investment and look forward to watching HHAX continue to grow its market leadership position.”
Michael Siano, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Healthcare Group, commented, “HHAX provides a unique technology platform that enables the highest quality care by seamlessly connecting all constituents across the healthcare ecosystem. Perhaps now more than ever, advancing healthcare technology capabilities in-home and community-based settings is of critical importance. We look forward to seeing this new partnership drive the next level of growth and success for HHAX.”
