Hg, a leading global software and services investor, announced that it has agreed to make a strategic investment in HHAX. Cressey & Company LP, a leading healthcare-focused private investment firm that first partnered with HHAX in 2018, will continue to be a significant investor in HHAX. Both investors will share joint governance of the business.
Scott Twibell, Managing Director and Co-head of Lincoln’s Technology, Media and Telecom Group, said, “We’re excited to have worked with the Hg team on this investment and look forward to watching HHAX continue to grow its market leadership position.”
Michael Siano, Managing Director in Lincoln’s Healthcare Group, commented, “HHAX provides a unique technology platform that enables the highest quality care by seamlessly connecting all constituents across the healthcare ecosystem.
