Hg, a leading global software and services investor, announced that it has agreed to make a strategic investment in HHAX. Cressey & Company LP, a leading healthcare-focused private investment firm that first partnered with HHAX in 2018, will continue to be a significant investor in HHAX. Both investors will share joint governance of the business.
