As a Vice President in Lincoln’s Industrials Group, Alberto provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to corporates, founders and private equity investors. He has experience advising on complex strategic transactions throughout the full deal lifecycle, both domestic and cross-border mandates.
Alberto leverages a decade of experience to deliver clear, actionable advice while maintaining a client-first mindset, focused on long-term trust and sustainable outcomes. He has a proven track record of supporting clients on high-impact situations with rigorous execution and senior-level judgement. Past roles in valuation advisory helped Alberto build a strong technical foundation in financial modeling, valuations and transaction analysis that continues to inform his approach to M&A.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Alberto worked at Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, where he advised on multi-sector transactions focused on the Iberian large-cap and upper-middle markets. Earlier in his career, he worked at V4 Financial Partners and in valuation advisory at Duff & Phelps (now Kroll).
Alberto earned a Master of Science in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE). He speaks Spanish and English.
