Spencer provides advisory services to lenders, public and private corporations, financial sponsors and portfolio companies. He focuses on advising middle market clients on complex transactions across a range of industries, helping to optimize balance sheets and capital structures.

During his career, Spencer has advised on a diverse set of transaction types across a range of industries, including consumer products, retail and e-commerce, restaurants, metals and mining, transportation and logistics, industrials and healthcare. His expertise has contributed to the successful completion of more than 10 transactions, including in- and out-of-court restructurings, distressed mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, refinancings, acquisition financings and structured capital solutions. In each transaction process, Spencer is inspired by his opportunity to create real value for clients by helping to solve complex challenges.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Spencer was a Vice President at Hilco Global, where he focused on capital advisory, special situations and restructuring mandates. Earlier in his career, he held roles at Sonova Group and Allstate Corporation.

Spencer earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in finance from the University of Missouri.
