The Deal
Centerline Communications LLC (Centerline), a provider of design, build and maintenance services for critical infrastructure supporting data center, EV charging, fiber and wireless networks, has acquired NEC Group (NEC) from Pfingsten Partners. Based in Kingston, Massachusetts, NEC is a provider of mission-critical infrastructure services focused on the wireless telecommunications, utility infrastructure and electric vehicle charging sectors. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
Lincoln International served as the exclusive financial advisor to Pfingsten Partners on the sale of NEC to Centerline, a portfolio company of Audax Private Equity. Paul Hastings LLP served as legal counsel to Pfingsten Partners. Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. served as legal counsel to Centerline.
