Aleksandra provides valuation analyses for financial and tax reporting purposes to venture capital firms, private equity leaders and mid-sized to large corporations across a wide range of industries. She has significant experience conducting valuations in sectors including technology, consumer goods and telecommunications.

With nearly 10 years of experience, Aleksandra specializes in portfolio valuations, business valuations, encompassing both equity and enterprise value indications, purchase price allocation, impairment testing, stock-based compensation and complex financial modeling. Her career-long focus on business valuation has given her a deep understanding of value drivers in dynamic and evolving markets. She combines technical precision with practical insight, an approach that has enabled her to build strong and lasting relationships with a diverse group of clients and stakeholders.

Before joining Lincoln, Aleksandra held key roles at several prominent institutions. She began her valuation career at Ernst and Young, where she developed a strong foundation in valuation and financial analysis within a global, multidisciplinary environment. She then advanced to a position at SoftBank, a leading global investment firm, where she gained firsthand experience working on complex, high-growth investment portfolios and deepened her exposure to the technology sector. Most recently, she was part of the valuation practice at Armanino, where she continued to refine her expertise across a broad range of client engagements.

Aleksandra holds a master’s degree in economics from the Poznan University of Economics and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. She is a CFA charter holder and is accredited in business valuation (ABV) by the AICPA.
