Shahriar provides mergers and acquisitions advisory services to private equity, small and medium-sized enterprise and family-owned business clients in Lincoln’s Consumer Group.

While he focuses on the consumer industry, Shahriar also has experience in the business services, industrials, technology, building materials and healthcare sectors. He works closely with clients to understand their differentiated attributes and growth potential, enabling him to communicate the business proposition to potential investors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Shahriar was an Associate at apollo corporate finance.

Shahriar earned a Master of Science in management with a focus on strategy and organizational design and a Bachelor of Science in international business administration from the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.
