Scott is Co-Head of Lincoln’s Global Technology Group and manages the firm’s New York office. He advises companies operating within the technology sector on strategic alternatives. He has more than 20 years of capital raising and mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory experience, working on numerous transactions for publicly traded companies, leading private equity firms and privately held businesses. Scott’s experience includes buy-side and sell-side transactions, cross-border advisory and management buyouts.

Scott helps innovative, growth-oriented companies generate exceptional returns for all stakeholders as technology continues to disrupt and transform industries. He has comprehensive knowledge of enterprise software, SaaS, data and analytics across the tech sector.

Outside of the office, Scott is a member of the Wake Forest University Parent’s Council and the Board of Trustees at Xavier High School.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Scott worked in M&A at Harbor Hills Partners and in the leveraged finance origination and restructuring group at Credit Suisse. Scott is the founder and CEO of Aspora.com, a cloud-based data management company.

Scott earned a Master of Business Administration from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science from New York University.
