Headquartered in Centreville, Virginia, Avenu Insights & Analytics provides integrated administrative software, revenue enhancement and payment solutions to state and local governments. The company’s core services include compliance solutions, permitting, licensing and digital transactions, payment processing, public administration software and managed services. Avenu employs more than 600 individuals and serves more than 4,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada.
The Deal
Lincoln International acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Avenu, working closely with Mill Point Capital and the management team throughout the transaction. Lincoln provided significant transaction advice and government technology (GovTech) expertise while closely managing all aspects of the process, including the preparatory, marketing, negotiation and due diligence phases of the transaction. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
