Miguel Bandeira

Miguel Bandeira is a Vice President in Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group, where he provides capital advisory services to debtors, sponsors and creditors of financially distressed companies.

Miguel has extensive experience advising on large, complex creditor- and debtor-side transactions, including distressed mergers and acquisitions, liability management and both in-court and out-of-court restructurings.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Miguel worked at Houlihan Lokey’s financial restructuring group in London and New York. Before that, he worked as an Analyst for McKinsey & Company.

Miguel holds a Master of Business Administration from the London Business School. He additionally earned a Bachelor of Science in business administration with honors from the NOVA School of Business and Economics.
