Michael provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services within the healthcare industry. He has nearly a decade of investment banking experience, executing both sell-side and buy-side transactions for private equity clients, publicly traded companies and privately held businesses.
Michael’s experience spans both the United Kingdom and international markets, particularly the United States and Canada. He has gained a rich understanding of the multifaceted healthcare vertical, focusing on providing strategic advice to financial sponsors.
Prior to joining Lincoln, Michael worked at Nomura International as a member of its Europe, Middle East & Africa (EMEA) Healthcare team and United Kingdom Investment Banking team. Previously, Michael worked on the EMEA Industrials team at Houlihan Lokey and the Metals and Mining team at Jefferies International.
Michael earned a Bachelor of Laws with honours from University College London.
