Mark Yurko

Mark is a Managing Director in Lincoln’s Technology, Media & Telecom (TMT) Group with a focus in applications software and communications / media technology. He has experience advising clients across a wide range of technology sectors including communications applications and infrastructure, customer and employee engagement, customer relationship management (CRM), sales technology and marketing automation.

Mark has over 20 years of technology and communications investment banking experience and has advised on mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and financing transactions with an aggregate value of over $100 billion. His experience also includes numerous initial public offerings (IPOs), convertible offerings, private placements, restructurings and leveraged finance transactions.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Mark was a Managing Director at Spurrier Capital Partners (SCP), which was acquired by Lincoln in early 2022. Mark led the communications sector coverage for the firm and was previously the Head of M&A. Prior to SCP, Mark was a senior banker in the TMT investment banking group at Credit Suisse and the global communications group at Citigroup (formerly Salomon Smith Barney), where he executed transactions for clients in the technology, media, entertainment, satellite and telecommunications sectors.

Before his career in finance, Mark was a Captain in the United States Army, serving as a Field Artillery Officer in Europe and the U.S.

Mark has a Master of Business Administration (Beta Gamma Sigma) from the Columbia Business School and a Bachelor of Science in mathematical economics from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
