Jay P. Sharma

Jay provides capital advisory services to private equity firms, private founders and public companies as part of Lincoln’s Capital Advisory Group. He leverages nearly a decade of experience to deliver tailored financing solutions across a range of transaction types and industries, including healthcare, consumer and business services.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jay worked in the financial sponsors & leveraged finance group at UBS, advising private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on leveraged finance transactions. Earlier in his career, he served in U.S. Bank’s structured finance group.

Jay holds a Master of Business Administration in corporate finance from the University of Notre Dame. He earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from The George Washington University.
