Jamie is a Vice President in Lincoln’s Industrials Group. He focuses on sell-side and buy-side mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services in the industrials sector for private and family-owned businesses, private equity groups and publicly traded corporations.

Jamie has significant M&A experience and is well-versed in both cross-border and domestic transactions. He supports ownership and management teams in tailoring the positioning of their business to execute a bespoke sale process that maximizes transaction value.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Jamie was a Vice President at KPMG Corporate Finance on the industrial technology banking team where he focused on mid-market M&A and debt transactions.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Arts in financial economics from New York University.
