Friedrich provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity and corporate clients in the business services industry for cross-border and domestic transactions.

Friedrich works closely with his clients to understand their objectives, enabling him to deliver tailored advice and identify strategic opportunities that yield beneficial outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Friedrich was an M&A Associate Director at UniCredit.

Friedrich earned a Ph.D. in data science and finance, in addition to a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science in industrial engineering and management, all from the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology.
