Eric Benjamin

I enjoy learning the unique elements behind each transaction and am motivated by the opportunity to closely partner with our clients to achieve successful outcomes.

Eric provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to industrial companies, including providers of niche manufactured products, engineered components, specialty vehicles and industrial technology solutions.

Eric has experience executing buy-side and sell-side cross-border and domestic transactions. He focuses on M&A for leading private equity firms, public companies, family-owned and other privately-held businesses.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Eric was a member of Federal Signal’s corporate development team, where he executed buy-side M&A and other strategic assignments. Previously, he worked at Baird as a member of their global industrial group.

Eric earned a Bachelor of Science in finance and accounting from Indiana University.
