Dexter Robertson

Dexter provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to owner-managed businesses, private equity-backed businesses and private equity clients in the healthcare sector.

Dexter has experience working on sell-side and buy-side transactions with specific expertise in the adult specialist care and children’s services sectors.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Dexter worked at Deloitte as an Assistant Director in its healthcare and life sciences M&A team. Previously, he worked at RSM in its M&A and private equity team where he advised on transactions across a range of sectors.

Dexter earned a Bachelor of Science with honors in business administration from the University of Bath. He holds a certificate in finance, accounting and business from the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and a corporate finance qualification from the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.
