Christin provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to private equity firms, founders and large corporations across the technology sector. She leverages nearly two decades of experience to help hardworking innovators and leaders achieve top-tier M&A outcomes.

While she specializes in advising companies in the office of the CFO and financial software subsectors, as well as those in retail technology, Christin has worked across product groups and sectors throughout her career. With comprehensive experience as an advisor, principal investor and corporate development strategist, Christin brings a diverse range of perspectives to deliver tailored advice informed by lived experience. Whether a transaction is $50 million or $3 billion, each client relationship is equally important to Christin and receives a hands-on advisory process, coupled with a focus on delivering outsized outcomes.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Christin was a Managing Director in William Blair’s technology investment banking practice. Earlier in her career, she held various roles as an advisor or principal investor at Morgan Stanley, Fortune Brands Home & Security, Sterling Partners and BMO Capital Markets.

Christin earned a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. She additionally holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
