Charles provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to corporations and financial institutions. Charles has advised clients across a variety of sectors, with a deep understanding of the industrials and healthcare industries.

Leveraging his global reach and strong industry expertise, Charles collaborates closely with his clients throughout the transaction process to best position their organizations and deliver the best value for all stakeholders.

Charles joined Lincoln in 2018. In 2022, he served as a Private Equity Investor at Omnes Capital and rejoined Lincoln in 2023 as a Vice President.

Charles earned a Master in Management and a Master of Science in corporate finance from Edhec Business School.
