Chris Yoon provides mergers and acquisitions (M&A) advisory services to entrepreneurs, founder-owned businesses and private equity clients across the consumer sector. He partners with clients from initial strategic planning through execution, helping them to navigate complex transactions, maximize value and achieve long-term objectives through thoughtful advice and collaborative execution.

Prior to joining Lincoln, Chris worked in commercial due diligence at Grant Thornton Stax, advising private equity investors on acquisitions across a variety of industries. Earlier in his career, he worked in strategy consulting at Capgemini Invent. His experience in strategy consulting provided a strong analytical foundation and reinforced the importance of thoughtful problem solving. Today, Chris combines that analytical rigor with a collaborative, client-first approach to help businesses navigate critical strategic decisions.

Chris earned a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Science in management studies from Northwestern University Kellogg School of Management. He holds a Bachelor of Science in industrial and labor relations from Cornell University.
