Platinum Equity has acquired Infratech, a leading, American manufacturer of premium, electric infrared heating systems designed to bring “indoor comfort to outdoor living,” with a differentiated offering that pairs sleek heater designs with custom controls for a range of residential and commercial settings. The company also leverages decades of heritage in automotive curing and industrial infrared applications, supporting a broader set of end markets.
